Welcome to the Official Site of The Y in Central Maryland Turkey Trot Charity 5K! We are excited to have you join us for this Thanksgiving morning tradition.

Adults, children and families from across the region come together to not only run (or walk, jog, stroll), but to raise funds so that children living in poverty in Central Maryland have access to Y programs that will forever shape their lives.

Try the Y for Free!

Not a Y Member, yet? Good news! Your registration for the Y Turkey Trot Charity 5K automatically kicks-off your complimentary Y membership - good for up to 30 days until December 31, 2016! Stop by any Y Center to activate your 30-day free Y membership today.

 Come into one of our locations today to get started. Please bring a copy of your Turkey Trot receipt (on your phone is fine!). Valid until December 31, 2016.

      Hi Rob! Thank you for choosing to spend Thanksgiving morning with your community and the Y at this healthy and fund tradition! The Frederick YMCA is not part of our Association, so we are unable to offer a trial membership there. For a list of locations please see our website. ymaryland.org.
